Meeting Room
Our refurbished meeting room S13 is available for student societies to book for free, IOE staff members for a small fee and at a competitive rate for external groups.
Powerpoint is available on request. You will need your own laptop to connect to the projector. We advise you come in and test your laptop works with our system at least a day before your actual booking.

Room Booking Policy for SOAS Students
At least one weeks notice with the advertising in the form of hard copy posters (minimum 2 copies) to be given to Shana or Janice within 48 hours of the booking otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
Poster must state that the event is open to IOE students.
